Worsted Mill
Top-dyed or piece-dyed — two routes, two finishing chains. QL supplies three workshops: the backwashing line in top-dyed recombing, yarn steaming in the weaving workshop, and wet and dry finishing.
Top-dyed route Tops are dyed before spinning and weaving, so the finishing chain carries no dyeing step: top-dyed recombing → weaving (with yarn steaming) → wet and dry finishing. See the full process map → Piece-dyed route Woven greige is dyed in the piece: inspection and mending → wet finishing → Kroy pre-treatment (optional) → piece dyeing → dry finishing.
