In 2008 we developed China’s first independent four-channel scouring and milling machine in-house. For eighteen years, we have kept refining the same process. From independent channel control to shrinkage detection, we continue to improve the machine for more intelligent, efficient and energy-saving scouring and milling.

WPF-4XS Four-Channel Wool Scouring and Milling Machine · 1:6 model
On the stand, see the machine in a 1:6 scale model. In this customer-mill photo, the full-size WPF-4XS processes four colours of fabric in four independent channels.
Four channels, fully independent
Stainless-steel plates separate the channels; each has its own fabric slot, milling rollers, milling chamber and pressure plate. Four colours and weights run at once, without entangling.
Efficient and energy-saving
Precision milling, scouring and high-speed scouring (light milling) on one machine. The QL high-efficiency scouring system pressurises water at constant pressure through a heat exchanger and sprays it as an even mist across the fabric.
Intelligent control
Set each channel individually; fabric-slot adjustment is automatic. The intelligent dosing system controls dosing volumes and switches between scouring and milling auxiliaries at one touch.
Shrinkage detection
Each channel can be given its own shrinkage target and stops automatically when it gets there; the others keep running. An option on the WPF-4XS, fitted on the machine in the photo.
Milling rollers on show: wood and rubber
WPF-MG wooden milling rollers
Wooden rollers for scouring and milling machines and wool milling machines, used for heavy woollen fabrics. The wooden-roller WPF-4XS configuration is designed for heavy carded fabrics.

The rubber-roller WPF-4XS configuration covers worsted to medium-weight carded fabrics. Its grooved rollers alternate compression and release to reduce fabric slipping and wear.

From the 2008 first to today’s WPF-4XS
In 2008 we developed China’s first independent four-channel scouring and milling machine in-house. For the eighteen years since, we have kept improving and refining it, to the intelligent, efficient and energy-saving machine it is today.
